STATE GOVERNMENT FINANCE & ELECTIONS COMMITTEE MINUTES

Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Committee, called the virtual State Government Finance & Elections Committee meeting to order at 8:30 AM, March 9, 2021 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services and Facebook Live.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Carlson assumed the gavel at 8:31 AM.

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 8, 2021 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Vice Chair Carlson moved to adopt the Local Government Division Report on HF1350. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE REPORT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Carlson moved HF1350 be referred to the General Register.

HF1350 (Boldon); Providing authority for cities of the first class to impose ordinances on the dedication of land or dedication fees on certain permit applications.
