MINUTES

Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance and Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. on March 12th, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was conducted over Zoom and broadcast via House Public Information Services, Facebook Live, and YouTube live streaming.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 8:30 A.M. A quorum was present.

Rep. Acomb moved that the minutes from March 11th, 2021 be approved. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1896 (MORRISON) Watercraft surcharge increased, and invasive species research account created and receipts dedicated.

Rep. Morrison moved that HF1896 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Morrison renewed the motion that HF1896 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill and the bill was laid over.

Rep. Acomb moved that HF1874 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Acomb renewed the motion that HF1874 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill and the bill was laid over.

HF936 (LIPPERT) Soil health cost-sharing program established, and money appropriated.

Rep. Lippert moved that HF936 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Lippert renewed the motion that HF936 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill and the bill was laid over.

Rep. Fischer moved that HF932 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Rep. Fischer moved H0932A1 to amend HF932 and the amendment was ADOPTED.
Rep. Fischer renewed the motion that HF932, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill and the bill was laid over.
