EDUCATION POLICY COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES


Representative Richardson, Chair of the Education Policy Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 1:45 PM on March 10, 2021, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Walk through and public testimony of Education Policy Omnibus Bill.
The DE amendment (containing the language of the Omnibus Bill) will be posted at least 24 hours in advance of the hearing.

Time will be allotted for public testimony (up to 2 minutes each) in response to the posted DE Amendment (omnibus bill). If we run out of time, you are encouraged to submit your comments in writing after the hearing.

If you would like to submit written testimony, please email your testimony as an attached MS Word Document or PDF file with OCR to Laura.Taken-Holtze@house.mn. If you email it by 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021, your written testimony will be included in the “virtual committee packet.” Written testimony may also be submitted up to 24 hours following the hearing to be included in the record.
