Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:32 P.M. on March 10th, 2020 in Capitol Room 120.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 2:32 P.M.

Representative Xiong moved approval of the minutes, motion prevailed.

Amy Bredson, Wing Leader, Jim Lauria, Executive Officer, Amy Lauria, Development Officer, and Jason McNeil, Maintenance Officer, gave a presentation of the Commemorative Air Force Minnesota Wing.

HF 4224 (Christensen) Authorizing the commissioner of veterans affairs to establish a veterans stable housing initiative; classifying certain homeless veteran data; authorizing data sharing

The Chair moves that House File 4224 be referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division.

The Chair moves the A3 amendment, motion prevailed.
