Representative Rob Ecklund, Chair of the Veterans and Military Affairs Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:31 P.M. on February 19, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present 2:32 P.M.

Representative Becker-Finn motioned to approve the minutes from February 12, 2019, motion prevailed.

Representative Xiong assumed the gavel at 2:53 P.M.

Representative Ecklund introduced HF 998.

Vice Chair Xiong motioned to approve DE1 amendment Motion prevailed.

Vice Chair Xiong motioned to move HF 998 to Ways and Means.

Representative Xiong introduced HF 430.

Representative Xiong motioned HF 430 pass and be referred to Ways and Means.

Representative Xiong moves A3 amendment. Motion prevailed.
