MINUTES

Representative Nelson, Chair of the State Government Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:01 AM, March 26, 2019 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Huot moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 20th, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 21st, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Nelson moved HF2533 be held over for possible inclusion in the Division Omnibus Bill.

HF2533 (Bernardy); Appropriating money for the Office on the Economic Status of Women and related duties.

The following testified on HF2533:

Barbara Battistie, Former Director, Office on the Economic Status of Women

Chair Nelson held HF2533 over for possible inclusion in the Division Omnibus Bill.

Chair Nelson moved HF2018 be held over for possible inclusion in the Division Omnibus Bill.

HF2018 (Tabke); Modifying licensing, reporting, and other regulatory provisions of the Racing Commission.

Chair Nelson held HF2018 over for possible inclusion in the Division Omnibus Bill.

HF893 (Huot); Modifying provisions related to the practice of certified public accounting.
