Representative Mariani, Chair of the Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 12:48 P.M. on March 6th, 2019, in room 120 of the State Capitol Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Johnson moved to approve the minutes for the March 5th, 2019 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 40 (Dehn) Civil right to vote of an individual restored upon release from incarceration or upon sentencing if no incarceration is imposed, and notice required.

HF 1934 (Gomez) Community Corrections Act subsidy increased, and money appropriated.
Representative Dehn moved to amend HF1934 with the A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
