MINUTES

Representative Lillie, Chair of Legacy Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 6:30 P.M. on March 20, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Xiong, J. moved to approve the minutes from March 13, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2360 (Dehn); Minneapolis; Prince mural grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Lillie moved that HF2360 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Dehn introduced the bill.

Chair Lillie moved that HF2029 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Chair Lillie moved that HF1017 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Chair Lillie moved that HF2303 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF1348 (Kunesh-Podein); American Indian legacy grant program funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Lillie moved that HF1348 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Kunesh-Podein introduced the bill.

HF1347 (Kunesh-Podein); 25-year plant updated and a second ten-year plan for arts and cultural heritage created, report required, and money appropriated.

Chair Lillie moved that HF1347 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Chair Lillie moved to adopt the H1347A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Kunesh-Podein introduced the bill.

Chair Lillie renewed his motion that HF1347 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF543 (Hausman); Somali arts and cultural heritage program funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Hausman moved that HF543 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Hausman introduced the bill.

Representative Urdahl moved that HF1942 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Green moved that HF1786 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Green moved to adopt the H1786A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Green introduced the bill.
