MINUTES

Representative Lillie, Chair of Legacy Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:47 P.M. on March 13, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Boe moved to approve the minutes from March 6, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF517 (Urdahl); Public television grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Lillie moved that HF517 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Urdahl introduced the bill.

Chair Lillie renewed his motion that HF517 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF516 (Urdahl); Public television immigration project funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Lillie moved that HF516 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Hausman moved that HF958 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Xiong, J. moved that HF1823 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

HF1482 (Urdahl); Native American Tourism of Minnesota grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Urdahl moved that HF1482 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Legacy Finance omnibus bill.

Representative Urdahl introduced the bill.
