Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45am on Thursday, February 7, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch began the meeting at 9:45 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Carlson moved the minutes from February 6, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 10 (Moller) A bill clarifying the definition of sexual harassment.

Representative Moller presented HF 10 to the committee.
