MINUTES

Representative Mahoney, Chair of Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 9:01 A.M. on April 11, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1268 (Kotyza-Witthuhn); Small business investment credit made permanent, and technical and conforming changes made.

Chair Mahoney moved to re-refer HF1268, as amended, to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2731 (Mahoney); Hmong Chamber of Commerce grant funding provided, report required, and money appropriated.

Chair Mahoney moved that HF2731 be laid over.

Chair Mahoney introduced his bill.

HF2684 (Daniels); Somali American Women Action Center grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Mahoney moved that HF2684 be laid over.

Representative Daniels introduced his bill.
