Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:07 AM on January 24, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gunther moved the minutes of January 22, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
