Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:34 P.M. on February 6, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Wolgamott moved that the minutes of February 5, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Minnesota State Colleges & Universities gave their budget request presentation.
