Representative Noor moved that the minutes of January 23, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Laura Kramer, Results Manager and Weston Merrick, Results Coordinator, from Minnesota Management and Budget gave an overview of the Results First Program.
Danyell Punelli and Elisabeth Klarqvist, House Research Analysts, continued their HHS Overview from January 16, 2019.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:13 P.M.
