Representative Moran moved that the minutes of January 24, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Stefan Gildemeister, State Economist, Minnesota Department of Health, gave an overview of coverage and spending in Minnesota health care.
The meeting was adjourned at 2:17 P.M.
