Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the first meeting to order at 9:48 A.M. on, February 21, 2019, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Representative Long moved that HF1360 be laid over for possible inclusion.
Representative Long moved the HF1360A19-0054 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Long moved the HF1360A19-0055 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF1165 (Claflin) - Utility cost recovery of energy storage system pilot project criteria established, investor-owned utilities required to include energy storage system assessment in integrated resource plans, energy storage systems cost-benefit analysis required, report required, and money appropriated.
Chair Wagenius moved that HF1165 be laid over for possible inclusion.
Chair Wagenius moved the HF1165DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
