Steve Kelly, Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, introduced the presentation and the testifiers.
Joe Sullivan, Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Commerce, presented to the committee an overview of the Department of Commerce.
A quorum was present at 9:52 A.M.
Katherine Blauvelt, Assistant Commissioner for the Division of Energy Resources in the Department of Commerce, continued the overview on the Department of Commerce.
Joel Fischer, Director of the Petrofund at the Department of Commerce, presented to the committee an overview on the Petrofund.
Tim Jahnke, Chief Financial Officer for the Department of Commerce, presented to the committee on the budget for the Department of Commerce.
Dan Lipschultz, Vice Chair of the Public Utilities Commission, introduced PUC testifiers and presented to the committee a general overview of the Public Utilities Commission.
Katie Seeven, Commissioner for Public Utilities Commission, noted that there will be a public hearing related to the service quality impacts during the polar vortex.
Representative Christensen moved adoption of the February 7, 2019 minutes.
