MINUTES

Representative Pinto, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM on January 15, 2019, in Capitol Room 120.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.

Chair Pinto, committee members, and staff introduced themselves.

A quorum was present at 8:12 am.

Megan Gunnar, University of Minnesota, Department Chair, Director of the Institute of Child Development, testified about the neuroscience of child development.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:18am.
