MINUTES

Representative Jeff Brand, Vice Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM on April 4th, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Wazlawik moved that the minutes of April 2, 2019, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Brand moved H.F. 2200 in front of the division.

Representative Poppe moved the H2200DE4 amendment to H.F. 2200 in front of the division.

Representative Poppe moved the H2200A21 amendment the H2200DE4 amendment for adoption.

Representative Poppe presented the H2200A21 amendment.

Representative Poppe renewed her motion to adopt the H2200A21. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hamilton moved the H2200A4 amendment to the H2200DE4 amendment for adoption.

Representative Hamilton presented the H2200A4 amendment.

Representative Hamilton renewed his motion to adopt the H2200A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Kiel moved the H2200A2 amendment to the H2200DE4 amendment for adoption.

Representative Kiel presented the H2200A2 amendment.
