MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM on March 19th, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Brand moved that the minutes of March 14, 2019, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Brand moved that H.F. 2237 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Poppe restated the motion to lay H.F. 2237 over for possible inclusion in the omnibus agriculture bill.

Representative Hamilton moved that H.F. 484 be recommended to be referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Hamiton renewed his motion to recommend H.F. 484 be referred to the Ways and Means Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Vang moved H.F. 2344 for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Hamilton moved that H.F. 857 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Hamilton withdrew his motion to lay H.F. 857 over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Hamilton moved H.F. 18 and H.F. 93 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.

Representative Poppe moved that H.F. 1351 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Agriculture bill.
