PROPERTY AND LOCAL TAX DIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES


Representative Carlson, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:02 AM on March 11, 2020, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Vang moved that the minutes of March 9, 2020 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Marquart moved the HF 3769 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Marquart moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Lippert presented HF 3769.

Ben Martig, Northfield City Administrator

Rep. Marquart renewed his motion that HF 3769 be laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Petersburg moved that HF 3873 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Fabian presented HF 3873.

Rep. Petersburg renewed his motion that HF 3873 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Hertaus moved that HF 3883 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Hertaus renewed his motion that HF 3883 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Petersburg moved that HF 3914 be laid over for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Runbeck moved the DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Kiel presented HF 3914.

Rep. Petersburg renewed his motion that HF 3914 be laid over as amended for possible inclusion in the division report.
