PROPERTY AND LOCAL TAX DIVISION COMMITTEE MEETING
MINUTES


Representative Carlson, Chair of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:46 PM on March 2, 2020, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Hertaus moved that the minutes of February 24, 2020 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Carlson moved that HF 3567 be considered for possible inclusion in the division report.

Rep. Carlson moved the A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED

Ms. Bayers presented HF 3567.
