MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:04 A.M. on Tuesday, May 8, 2019, in room 400S of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 10:04 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Freiberg moved that the minutes of May 7, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved to waive Joint Rule 2.03 for HF823 to be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved to waive Joint Rule 2.03 for HF2796 to be referred to the committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved to waive Joint Rule 2.03 for HF2515 to be re-referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Winkler moved to approve the calendar for Friday, May 10, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
