Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:33 A.M. on Tuesday, February 26, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 9:33 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Schultz moved that the minutes of February 19, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Freiberg moved that the Calendar of the Day for February 26, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Lillie Moved that the Resolution on Alcohol Consumption, 2019- R9A be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
