MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45 A.M. on January 14, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 9:45 A.M. A quorum was present.


Representative Lillie moved to approve 2019 HR-P1, Policy on Service Award Program. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Becker-Finn moved to approve 2019 HR-P2, Policy on Donated Vacation Time. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Services of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Freiberg moved to approve 2019 HR-P3, Policy on Compensation Time and Timecard Policy. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Her moved to approve 2019 HR-P4, Policy on the Payment of Per Diem Living Expenses during Interims. Barb Juelich, Controller of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Garofalo moved to approve 2019 HR-P5, Policy on Photographs and Digital Images. Barb Juelich, Controller of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department, and Barry LaGrave, Director of Public Information Services, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Hassan moved to approve 2019-R1, Resolution on The House Chaplin. Barb Juelich, Controller of the Minnesota House of Representatives Budget and Accounting Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
