LABOR COMMITTEE MINUTES
Representative Erin Koegel, Vice Chair of the Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:33 P.M. on February 26, 2020, in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol. A quorum was present.

Representative Ecklund moved to approve the minutes from February 19, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 3433 (Cantrell) Subminimum wage eliminated, task force on subminimum wage elimination created, statutes and rules allowing payment to employees with disabilities repealed, and money appropriated.
Chair Koegel moved that HF 3433 be re-referred to Government Operations.

*HF 2467 was only heard in an informational context. No committee action was taken on the bill.
Representative Olson presented HF 2467 on behalf of Representative Sundin.
