STATE OF MINNESOTA ELEVENTH MEETING
HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES NINETY-FIRST SESSION
Representative Erin Koegel, Vice Chair of the Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:30 P.M. on March 27, 2019, in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The following members were excused:
HF 2281 (Theis) Continuing education regarding business management required.
Vice Chair Koegel officially called the meeting to order at 2:34 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Koegel moved that HF 2281 be re-referred to Ways and Means.
Representative Koegel moved that HF 2281 A19-0289 be adopted. The amendment was adopted.
Representative Theis presented HF 2281, as amended.

Representative Koegel renewed her motion that HF 2281 be referred to Ways and Means as amended. MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Ecklund moved that the minutes from March 13, 2019 be adopted. MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Nelson moved that the minutes from March 20, 2019 be adopted. MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 2543 (Mahoney) Minor league baseball players exempted form wage and overtime requirements.
Representative Ecklund moved that HF 2543 be re-referred to Ways and Means.
Representative Ecklund presented HF 2543 on behalf of Representative Mahoney.
