Representative Liebling moved to adopt the minutes from Thursday, February 13, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Chair moved that HF 3249 be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division without recommendation. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The Chair moved that HF 3311 be re-referred to the Early Childhood Finance and Policy Division without recommendation. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Commissioner Harpstead, Department of Human Services, presented an update on the implementation of her 90-Day Report.
