MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations, called the fifth meeting to order at 9:45AM on January 29, 2019, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Freiberg motioned to strike a line in the minutes that incorrectly states HF13A2 passed and approve the amended minutes. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moves HF123 before the committee to be re-referred to Ways and Means.

Representative Freiberg renewed his motion to re-refer HF123 to the Ways and Means committee. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Nelson moves HF170 in front of the committee and to be re-referred to the Ways and Means committee.
