MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations, called the fifth meeting to order at 9:45AM on February 5, 2019, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Koegal motions to approve minutes. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Masin moves to amend the January 24th minutes to show that Trista Matas Castillo was among the people who testified for HF13.

Representative Freiberg talked about the referral memo from Elections.

Representative Freiberg moves HF94 in front of the committee and makes a motion to re-refer the bill to the General Register.

Representative Theis motions to amend hf94 and offers the HF94A2 amendment. MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL.

Freiberg re-motions for HF94 to be referred to the General Register. MOTION PREVAILED.

Freiberg moves HF45 in front of the committee and motions for it to be referred to Ways and Means.
