MINUTES

Representative Persell, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:04 pm on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, in Room 400N of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lueck moved that the minutes of March 6, 2019 be approved THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Becker-Finn moved HF359 to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Becker-Finn moved the A19-0169 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
