MINUTES

Representative Zack Stephenson, Vice Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:36 PM on February 19th, 2020, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lislegard moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on February 18th, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3228 (Morrison)
Prescription Drug Affordability Act established, prescription drug affordability commission and prescription drug affordability requirements created, and report required.

Representative Stephenson moved HF3228 be re-referred to the Government Operations Committee.

Representative Stephenson moved HF3223 be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee.
