Representative Knoblach, Chair of the Ways & Means Committee, called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, January 31, in the Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Knoblach called the meeting to order at 6:35PM a quorum was present.
Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of January 23 and January 30, 2017 be approved
MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Knoblach moved HF14 be sent to the General Register.
HF14 (Miller) Rural Finance Authority funding provided, bonds issued, and money
appropriated.
Representative Miller presented HF14
Matt Wohman with MN Department of Agriculture testified on HF14
Matt McDivitt and Steve Ernest with MN Department of Agriculture testified on HF14
Representative Knoblach renewed his motion to refer HF14 to the General Register.
