MINUTES
Representative Runbeck, Chair of the Transportation and Regional Governance Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 1:00 P.M. on March 6th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Runbeck called the meeting to order at 1:02 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Bahr moved the minutes of March 3rd, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1747 (Wagenius) Sewer availability charge modified.
Chair Runbeck moved that HF1747 be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operation and Election.

HF1670 (Zerwas) Driver diversion program made permanent, proof of insurance provided by courts authorized, uniform traffic ticket amended, waiver of criminal surcharge authorized, court appearance for driving offenses mandated, and money appropriated.
Chair Runbeck moved that HF1670 be re-referred to the Committee on Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance.
Chair Runbeck moved the H1670A4 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Youakim moved to orally amend the HF1670. Page 1 line 4 after “commissioner” insert a comma. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE LANGUAGE WAS INCORPORATED.
