MINUTES

Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the forty-sixth meeting to order at 8:19 A.M on Thursday, April 26th, 2018, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Johnson moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 19th & April 25th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Torkelson moved that HF4437 come before the committee.

Representative Torkelson moved the H4437DE2 amendment.

Representative Hornstein moved the H4437A3 amendment to HF 4437, as amended. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

Representative Torkelson renewed his motion that HF 4437, as amended, be re-referred to the committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:47 A.M.
