MINUTES
Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the forty-second meeting at 1:05 P.M. on Tuesday, April 17th, 2018, in the Basement Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Johnson moved to approve the minutes from April 10th and April 12th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Torkelson moved that HF 4160 come back before the committee.
Representative Torkelson moved the DE3 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
House Research and Fiscal staff gave an overview of the DE3 amendment.
No action was taken on the HF 4160, as amended.
The meeting was adjourned at 1:40 P.M.
