MINUTES
Representative Torkelson, Chair of the Transportation Finance Committee, called the twenty-sixth meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. on Thursday, March 23rd, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Torkelson called the meeting to order at 1:01 P.M. A quorum was present.
The committee heard amendments to HF861, as amended.
Representative Torkelson moved the H0861A19 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Howe moved the A17-0262 amendment.
Representative Howe moved to orally amend the A17-0262 amendment by: Page 2, line 3, delete "four" and insert "three". THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Runbeck moved the H0861A4 amendment.
Judd Schetnan, Metropolitan Council, testified on the amendment.
Representative Runbeck withdrew the amendment.
Representative Runbeck moves the H0861A11 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Petersburg moved the H0861A16 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Howe moved the H0861A18 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Howe moved the H0861A9 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Lucero moved the H0861A10 amendment.

Representative Koznick moved the H0861A15 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Torkelson moved HF0861, as amended, be sent to the committee on Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
