MINUTES

Representative Davids, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:15 AM, on Wednesday, March 14th, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davids officially called the meeting to order at 10:17AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Davids moved that HF3569 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.

Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF3569 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.

HF3464 (Davids) Charitable contribution subtraction for taxpayers who do not itemize modified.

Representative Davids moved that HF3464 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.
Representative Schultz moved the minutes of Tuesday, March 13th, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF3464 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.

HF3410 (Davids) Individual income and corporate franchise, sales and use, tobacco, property, and other miscellaneous tax provisions technical and clarifying changes made.

Representative Davids moved that HF3410 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus tax bill.
