Representative Baker, Vice Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:17 A.M. on May 17, 2017, in Room 120 of the State Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Nash moved to approve the minutes of May 16, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Baker moved the Calendar for the Day, May 19, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting recessed at 10:18 A.M.
The meeting reconvened at 4:23 P.M.
Representative Peppin assumed the gavel at 4:23 P.M.
Representative Peppin moved that Joint Rule 2.03 be waived for House File 739 and that it be placed on the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:26 P.M.
