MINUTES


Representative Johnson, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:18 AM on March 15, 2018 in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Newberger moved the minutes of the March 14, 2018, meeting be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Franke moved HF2932 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Representative Franke renewed the motion that HF2932 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Johnson laid HF2932 over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Lohmer assumed the Gavel at 10:48 AM.

Chair Johnson moved HF2932 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Lohmer laid HF2855 over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Jonson moved HF2856 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Vice Chair Lohmer laid HF2856 over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Johnson moved HF2857 be laid over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Johnson moved the HF2857A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Vice Chair Lohmer laid HF2857, as amended, over for possible inclusion in an omnibus bill.

Chair Johnson assumes the Gavel at 11:08 AM.

Representative Zerwas moved HF390 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Zerwas moved the HF390DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Hilstrom requested a roll call vote on HF390, as amended.
