Representative Cornish, Chair of the Public Safety and Security Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirteenth meeting to order at 10:18 A.M. on February 8, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative O’Neill moved that the minutes of the February 7, 2017 meeting be approved.
