MINUTES


Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:00 AM on April 30, 2018, in the Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF4118 (Tim Miller) Process to compensate businesses for loss of business opportunity from sale and closure of biomass energy plant established.

Representative Miller walked the committee through HF4118 and its clone bill HF4114.

Representative O’Neill moved the meeting minutes from April 20, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
