Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Jobs Growth and Energy Affordability Policy and Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 5:10 PM on April 16, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Thissen moved the meeting minutes from April 16, 2018 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF3708 (Marion O'Neill) Carbon reduction facility designation established for large electric generating facilities.

Representative O’Neill moved HF3708 to be laid over for possible inclusion in a later bill.

Representative O’Neill moved H3708DE1to be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Sundin assumed the gavel at 7:24 PM.

Representative Garofalo assumed the gavel at 7:29 PM.

Representative O’Neill moved for HF3708 as amended to be laid over for possible inclusion in a later bill. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 7:44 PM.
