Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, started the meeting at 11:00 AM on Friday, March 17, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF1119 (Theis) Criminal penalties modified.

Representative Garofalo moved HF1119 be referred to the General Register.

HF1131 (West) Local collaborative pilot program to increase competitive employment for transition age youth funding provided, and money appropriated. The bill was laid over for possible inclusion in a later bill.
