Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:23 PM on Thursday, February 2, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Clark moved the minutes of February 1, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF600 (Garofalo) Employment mandates on private employers uniformity provided.

Representative Garofalo moved HF600 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Government Operations and Elections Policy.

Representative Garofalo moved the H0600A99 amendment be adopted. Representative Metsa requested a roll call vote. The results were as follows:
