MINUTES

Representative Pat Garofalo, Chair of the Job Growth & Energy Affordability Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, January 25, 2017, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Bahr moved the minutes of January 24, 2017 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee had an informational hearing on base budget oversight and program outcomes. The following individuals presented:

Mary Tingerthal, Commissioner, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency.

Representative West assumed the gavel at 3:21 PM.

Ken Peterson, Commissioner, Department of Labor and Industry.

Danna MacKenzie, Executive Director, Office of Broadband Development.

The meeting was adjourned at 4:51 PM.
