Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order at 1:07 PM on March 29, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Chair Dean moved HF 3287 be re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Dean moved the DE5 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
