MINUTES

Chair Dean began the meeting to order at 1:03 PM on March 27, 2018, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 3543 (DAVIDS) MNSURE OPERATIONS FUNDING AND AUTHORITY TO CERTIFY HEALTH CARRIERS AND HEALTH PLANS MODIFIED; SUBMISSION OF FEDERAL WAIVERS AND APPROVALS REQUIRED; AND LIMITATIONS ON RISK-BEARING PLACED

Chair Dean moved HF 3543 be re-referred to the Committee on Taxes.

Representative Davids presented HF 3543 to the committee.

At 1:09, a quorum was reached and Chair Dean officially called the meeting to order. Rep. Albright moved the minutes of March 22, 2018 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 3240 (HALEY) HOME CARE PROVIDER REGULATION MODIFIED

Representative Haley moved HF 3240 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Haley moved an oral amendment: “On line 8.1 reinstate the stricken ‘14’ and on line 8.2 delete ‘eight.’” THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.

Representative Haley presented HF 3240 to the committee.

Representative Franson moved HF 4094 be re-referred to the General Register.

Representative Franson moved the A1 amendment.

HF 2962 (PETERSON) PHARMACISTS AUTHORIZED TO PRESCRIBE TOBACCO CESSATION MEDICATIONS, OPIATE ANTAGONISTS, AND TRAVEL MEDICATIONS

Chair Dean moved HF 2962 be laid over.

Chair Dean moved the A4 amendment.

Representative Albright presented HF 2274 to the committee and answered questions.

Representative Albright presented the A18-0701 amendment.
