MINUTES
Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, began the meeting at 8:15AM on May 12th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Peterson called the meeting to order at 8:15AM. A quorum was present.
Representative Sandstede moved to approve the minutes of April 4th. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF565 (O'Driscoll) Public retirement various provisions modified.
Representative O’Driscoll moved that HF565 come before the committee and be referred to the State Government Finance Committee.
Representative O’Driscoll testified regarding HF565.
Representative O’Driscoll moved the S0545-12A amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative O’Driscoll moved the H0565-1A amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative O’Driscoll moved the H0565-2A amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Susan Lenczewski and Rachel Barth of the Legislative Commission of Pensions and Retirement presented a summary of the Pension Commission proposals.
