MINUTES

Representative O’Driscoll, Chair of the Government Operations and Elections Policy, began the meeting at 10:15AM on January 18th, 2017, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Members Excused:

Chair O’Driscoll called the meeting to order at 10:15AM. A quorum was present.

Representative Pugh moved to approve the minutes of January 12th, 2017. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The committee heard a presentation from the Minnesota State Board of Investment.
Testifying: Mansco Perry III, Executive Director and Chief Investment Office, Minnesota State Board of Investment.

The committee heard a presentation from the Public Employee Retirement Association.
Testifying: Doug Anderson, Executive Director, Public Employee Retirement Association.

The committee heard a presentation from the Minnesota State Retirement System.
Testifying: Erin Leonard, Executive Director, Minnesota State Retirement System.

Rep Pugh assumed the gavel at 11:22AM.

The committee heard a presentation from the Teacher Retirement Plan.
Testifying: Laurie Hacking, Executive Director, Teacher Retirement Plan,
Jay Stoffel, Deputy Executive Director, Teacher Retirement Plan.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:54AM.
